Anibal Luque

Anibal Luque is a New York-based attorney who provides practical, high-quality legal counsel to creatives, entrepreneurs, and companies operating at the intersection of art, music, fashion, and technology. As Managing Attorney of Luque PLLC, he advises clients across the U.S., Europe, and Asia on corporate structuring, venture financing, intellectual property, and contracts: from startup formation through international licensing.

His clients include record labels, designers, producers, festivals, social enterprises, and cultural brands. With experience spanning law firms, nonprofits, and creative companies, Anibal brings both strategic insight and cultural fluency to his work.

He has taught business law at Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business and has spoken at institutions including Columbia, NYU, Parsons, Yale, and Pratt. He is admitted to practice in New York and California, as well as multiple federal courts and the Supreme Court of the United States.

He has served as a five-time mentor at the New Museum’s incubator, NEW INC, is currently a Visiting Scholar at the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in Chengdu, China, and mentors at the University of Southern California’s Thornton School of Music.
