dot fill/na is a collective formed by Varisa Tanti, HaoChe Hung, and HaoLun Hung, who are urban data users who code, map, research, and design by day. They came together to create urban data art and promote dialogue around data’s role in the production of space. They believe that by illuminating data’s blank spaces through art, dialogue, and complete data, urban processes can build toward spatial justice and equitable urban futures. They seek to harness the power of localized knowledge for better-informed social interventions alongside other data users, technologists, and urban practitioners.
