Scope of Work (SOW)

Scope Of Work (SOW) is a talent development organization that nurtures and develops NYC’s Black, Indigenous and people of color creatives with the goal of realizing a more reflective creative sector. SOW provides free professional development, skill building, and mentorship to 150 young NYers annually, and connects them to the economic opportunities necessary to pursue the creative careers of their dreams.
